The rest of the staff were all extremely kind and wonderful, but there was just one staff member whose attitude seemed to change depending on the guest, which was a bit disappointing. The room, the overall atmosphere, and everyone else on the staff were wonderful.

This place was great, we were in Madrid during a heat wave and we were very thankful for a a/c that worked. This place is also in a great location of the city center. Easy to get to by subway or public transportation. Staff was extremely helpful!!

Absolutely loved this hostel! The receptionist let us in our room early so we didn't have to carry our luggage around and the room was super clean, the beds were comfy, and decent size room for me, my husband and my son. Highly recommend

This is a hostel so it is a bit different from a full service hotel. The location is great, very safe. We switched to a room with a bathroom shower, which made all the difference. But others may be fine with a shared bathroom. The rooms are very small worth it for the right price.

The room was small but confortable. There was a large shared kitchen that was very nice, plus indoor and outdoor shared spaces. Our room had a mini-split, which cooled the room very quickly. The location was amazing, it was in a really cool neighborhood, and within walking distance to just about everything (it was also close to the metro, but we ended up just walking everywhere).

I only stayed 1 night but it was very nice and clean. I made a friend immediately and we went out dancing. It was easy to walk to all the fun spots and the staff were very accommodating and helped me reserve a taxi to the airport. Would stay again.

Very good location and easy to find. Front desk staff is courteous, and is available 24 hours, making check in very easy. The double room was small, as expected, but everything was functional. It's an older building, but did the job. I personally found the bed and pillows much firmer that desired, but softer is a personal preference.
