We absolutely LOVED this place!! It was modern, clean, spacious and just a lovely place!! It is placed in the center of the center of Madrid!! Shopping, food close to everything!

We loved our stay here! Having a one-bedroom apartment with a washer/dryer made the trip much more comfortable, and the excellent neighborhood was a bonus. The compact, modern kitchen had everything we needed to make a light breakfast and espresso. They even provided espresso and a few bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch. They provided electronic codes for the entry door and and the apartment, so it was a seamless check-process. I’d happily stay here again.

This is a lovely apartment in a good location. The instructions on Expedia were to contact the property 72 hours in advance to register, which I did, but I did not receive the registration link until the morning of our arrival. I suggest the property change that instruction to avoid unnecessary anxiety. Otherwise, the staff was responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was very nice and the best part was its location. I had some confusion during check-in so would suggest that before arriving at the property, ensure you have check-in instructions, virtual key/codes to enter the building and the apartment.

This property is in a great location and is very clean and spacious. It’s complicated if you are traveling with little kids to get in an out with a stroller since the elevator is extremely small.

This hotel is right in the heart of one of the busiest and most exciting parts of the city. The location is outstanding, with endless restaurants, shops, attractions, train stations, and bus stops all within walking distance. Many major sights are less than a mile away, and there is even nearby luggage storage for travelers arriving before check-in or departing later in the day. Some rooms are located at street level and open directly onto the sidewalk. The frosted glass provides privacy, and the insulation is excellent—once the doors are closed, very little street noise can be heard. However, these rooms do not have windows that can be opened. The rooms were modern and generally well maintained. Some units even had two bathrooms, which was a great feature for groups. The bathrooms were spacious and updated, though there were a few areas where the paint could use some attention. The in-room washer worked well, but the drying function was not very effective. Because this area is heavily focused on tourism, nearby laundromats were not easy to find. Keep in mind that this is tourist central, not a typical neighborhood. Grocery stores are scarce, and prices for food and everyday items are noticeably higher than elsewhere in the city. Overall, this is an excellent choice if your priority is being in the middle of the action with easy access to transportation and attractions.

The property was well located and check-in service was smooth with a very responsive owner. However, the walls were dirty and all teared up with a very humid smell. The floors were uneven and the bathroom door could not be open completely. There might have been a water leak/damage previously. Overall, the apartment did not look like the pictures posted during booking. This was only one property out of many available. We might have been unlucky! We got refunded after 1 night.

The property was clean very modern. Great location however, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was also rain that afternoon, and there was a leakage coming through the ceiling into the dining area. The host did offer to send somebody out the next day. Requested additional pillows and blanket never heard back from the host regarding that. But overall, it was a wonderful stay
