The first thing is the location. We walked everywhere, and it had amenities, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. it was across the street from the beautiful Plaza España The room was modern and we loved the fact the it had no carpet. Clean and comfortable The rooftop is a cherry on top with amazing view of the Gran Via

Location was walkable to most of the city. Really enjoyed the rooftop plunge pool after a hot day of sight seeing. Loved the filtered water stations to refill our water bottles. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk are not very helpful for this large a hotel. The roof pool was not kept 100% clean, the run out of towels and shrug, and the bar area is not kept tidy. Fortunately the rooms are clean, the beds comfy and the location was excellent.

Dear Hotel was a perfect boutique hotel located in the heart of Madrid. There are many restaurants and stores nearby and it’s close to the metro. The hotel has a very small pool but it was a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. The view from the rooftop was spectacular! The staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations of things to do. Gianmarco was truly the best! He always welcomed us with a smile. Our stay was nothing short of amazing.
