We stayed here for a layover night and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is ideally located near Barajas Airport, and the shuttle service made getting to and from the terminal incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent—the staff kindly accommodated our specific room requests as well as a late checkout, which made our travel day so much easier. On top of that, the beds were very comfortable, ensuring we got a great night's sleep before our next flight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free transit stay!

If you need an overnight close to the MAD airport this is it. Clean, nice staff, walkable neighborhood. Shuttles are free and run on time which is a huge plus. Actually our flight the following day was canceled and I tried to stay again but it was booked.

The airport shuttle was the biggest convenience in my choice of airports that were close to the airport for an overnight rest between travel destinations. The second choice was the hotel's location to the enormous mall - we didn't have enough time to do much, so wandering around the mall was a simple activity. The friendly staff, clean building and lovely breakfast were a happy bonus! I was offered a room upgrade because reception saw that it was my birthday- a very nice present!
