The Dylan was a great location for us and we were very pleased with the garage parking, new modern finishes and the communication of the host. The unit had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. No wasted space. Good arrangement in this two bedroom unit for 2 couples. Would stay here again and recommend.

This is an Aparthotel. The rooms are very nice apartments. There is no front desk or staff other than housekeeping. Access was via code provided at online check in. It is nice, clean and comfortable. Having the kitchenette is convenient. It is a short walk to the Sylvee or the Capitol. Any communication was via text, which I normally do not like. However, this worked very well. Responses were quick and friendly. Underground parking is available if booked in advance. Book underground parking in advance or you will have to park on the street. It is a safe area.

Excellent communication from the moment I booked. Onsite parking garage was a nice bonus as on street parking can be limited in this area. Entry code worked perfectly for the garage, front door and room door. I booked to attend a concert at Breeze Stevens Field and this hotel is just a few blocks away so tt was an easy walk. The hotel is clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

Literally perfect. Was traveling for a stretch so having amenities like a washer and dryer was amazing and super helpful. I would move in if I could, elegant and cozy all at the same time. Super easy, close to everything and could not leave a better review about it.

The whole property including the parking garage, lobby and the room itself were immaculate. They clearly take pride in keeping things in great shape for their guests. Check in, as well as being able to take my car in and out of the parking garage at my leisure were smooth and easy. The only minor issue I had was that housekeeping woke me up an hour and a half before check in knocking on the door to come in and clean when I wasn’t due to check out yet. Other than that, it was a great choice for a stay in Madison.

Rooms are a lot bigger than you think! Everything you need for your stay in Madison. Not sure if you could park in the street, but be warned that if you park in the the garage there is an extra fee per day. Very convenient and worth it as it’s covered and warm in there. Close to everything. Great place to stay!
