For the price the hotel was good. It smelled like cigarette smoke and pets when you walk in, but the rooms were clean and had no smell. Because of the price there are a lot of homeless people staying there, but I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again because the room was clean and comfortable and it was much cheaper than all of the other options in Madison.

Sink didn't work. Bathroom door had holes in it. The rest of the room was clean. Only stayed 1 night for a concert but I would recommend looking for something better.

WOW. This place is awful. I'm 55 and i don't think i've seen anything like it. I took pictures of the crumbling, nasty building hallways, etc. in a marvel. My room was actually clean, I will say that....

Lots of dining and shopping options close by. The bed was ok, heat worked, staff was nice. Safety my be questionable, the front desk is enclosed in what looks like bullet proof glass, marijuana order in the halls, well used and worn hotel, shower was broken, safety latch on door broke. If you just want a cheep place to sleep and are not concerned about other things probably ok place to stay. I like cheap places but this one is below my standards.
Looks like bullet proof glass

The place is passable. There are minor problems bathroom fixes like the toilet paper dispenser being broken and the shower controls being corroded and difficult to make work. But otherwise the place is clean and comfortable.

Safety issue**** DO NOT STAY HERE. 2 females - rented a room for one night 8/29/2026 with the intention of simply sleeping and parking our uhual. Upon check-in, Nate at the front desk was quick and efficient. We got our keys and went to the room assigned to us. Withing the first 3 hours of checking in, a stranger knocked on our door and we looked thru the peep hole (dressed in all red, no shoes, with face covered). We asked who this was and he was looking for someone we said you got the wrong room. We called front desk using their useless in-room phone that had NO directory or direct dial to front desk. Called the # posted as customer service or whatever in the room, the agent said they didnt have the # to our front desk at our motel. After about 15 min, we left our room together to talk to front desk and inform them that we had a stranger knock on our door and they looked suspicious (as described above). Nate was ending his shift but he texted his manager and the same person that we reported casually walked in and out of the building and was told to leave by Nate - we returned to our rooms and watched for suspicious activity and we saw the same man in red clothes hanging out with what appears to be another person staying in the same motel (black shirt and pants). Not even 30 min later from returning from front desk, we get a knock on our door and someone is asking for another person and this time the person and this time it was the man in black shirt and pants that was ha

Ohh, absolutely, the room was very clean. It's just a great place to bring kids and grandma, you know, and they don't mind that kids get loud. You know, they run up and down the aisles make all kinds of roaring noises and banging. Hi, I'm sure you'll enjoy your visit. Besides, the prices are so reasonable and affordable. You almost feel like giving some of the money back.I'm just kidding

Room was clean, but seemed to be a number of families/people staying there being paid for by the state. Like temporary housing. But I had no issues. Everything went well. Clean room.

Well when we pulled in the parking lot a staff member was on the corner of the motel out front smoking a joint. The ease of checkin went well. Upon entering the building…. Carpets haven't been vacuumed in a very long time. Men were literally standing in their room doorways with their doors open watching our every move. Truly after 2 different rooms keys and staff coming up with master keys we couldn't get into room. They only had one room left which was under repair. Coat rack falling off wall, door to bathroom peeking apart, no comforter on beds, rotting sink cabinet at bottom by floor and the smell wasn’t pleasant at all. DONT STAY HERE- WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY
