Our room was great! Pool area very 😔 sad. No chairs to sit. No bathroom, just a Pool and hot tub and 4 old dirty lounge chairs. Breakfast was bad!!! Spoiled meat, dirty area Noone wiped tables off. No care taken at all. We easy ate a waffle. Juice was watery needed to replaced. Lobby was clean,

The whole hotel is in general disrepair and overall cleanliness is lacking. The elevator is very slow and has several jerking motions (not very pleasant). The location is ok, it's close enough to restaurants and the freeway. The front desk staff seem confused about company policies and procedures and contradicted each other. This is a last choice option when nothing else is available in town. I would NOT willingly stay here again.

Room was not ready when we checked in, we were offered a different room or could wait. We opted to wait as it had a walk in shower. Disappointed we had a yapping dog in the room next to us half the night. Shower had hot water. Breakfast was adequate. Could have had better fruit selection and yogurt. Waffles were great. Eggs and sausage were good. Overall we would stay here again.

The hotel had recent updates which you could see. Our bathroom shower door leaked (no seal at the bottom of the door to keep the water from running out; had to double up towels to soak up the water). Not enough towels so had to go down to the front desk to request more. The sink in the bathroom, bowl sink, is just terrible. It's hard not to get water all over the countertop. That's not the hotel's fault but just a terrible design. Then there's the bed: So squeaky. I think the frame/mattress were coil springs and every time you would move it squeaked. Very annoying. Other than those few things, the location was great and very convenient and quiet (we did request a top floor so that helped).

Went to this hotel 3 or 4 years ago and loved it. This time around not so much. They no longer offer a shuttle service. The shampoo had fallen off the shower wall. When I plugged in my curling iron, the bathroom lights went out (I managed to fix it by myself because the front desk didn't), there was only 1 bath towel and washcloth despite the reservation being for 2 people, there was no bar soap on the sink. When I called down to the front desk via the room phone no one answered. I had to use my personal phone. The only nice things about this place is the bed was comfortable, we had a decent view of the capital and we were able to watch Netflix.

there was no breakfast the day we made it down to eat,all they had was toast and old coffee i could not drink. the staff was good, but the Maids did not speak English they couldn't understand what I was asking them and I couldn't understand them but all the staff was very nice

The lady that checked us in (3/14) Saturday evening was very nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch to our stay. Especially on our way out to our basketball state championship game. Thank you for your nice hospitality.

Rooms were nice and clean. Bed comfortable. We did not have a lamp on each side of the bed (other rooms did - my sister had a room). The one bed side lamp didn't have a lightbulb and the floor lamp lightbulb was burnt out. Desk attendant did give me two lightbulbs. Elevator didn't always open at the floor you wanted. Bathroom door hit the toliet lid - looks like a new lid was put on and it was too big for the toliet. Not a big deal but irratating. My sisters room they couldn't get the TV to work. I was worried about people that seemed to be staying in their vehicle in the back parking lot. Desk attendant did assure me they had cameras for the parking lot.
