Overall, very wonderful experience. The facilities are new and the services are outstanding. Also, having the playground (indoor and outdoor) was perfect for our younger daughter. It's a very family friendly hotel and the staff was very welcoming and professional. The staff made sure that our experience goes well and we felt like at home. Special thanks to Ms. Kholoud, Ms. Arwa, Ms. Zahoor, Mr. Abdulaziz and Mr. Shamoon. Such a wonderful team. Thank you for being a great host!!!
