Wonderful hotel & Staff

Booked this hotel twice for my mom’s stay in Madinah and the staff were absolutely amazing and respectful. The rooms were clean and organized. There was a gentleman who worked the night shift who treated my mom with tremendous care and I want to thank him for his hospitality! Thank you :)

Absolutely rubbish, do not waste your money on this hotel. Smell of gasoline in the elevator and the power kept going off in the elevator. Save your money and go elsewhere

It was ok but wire hanging off of the ceilings, shower didn't work too well and apparently you need to buy your own toilet paper. Its an apartment they rent out, not really hotel. But I guess you get what you pay for.

No management and left the guests stranded at the.

It was an awful experience. No beds available according to the booking. I booked it for family room 3 adults and 3 children. Upon arrival I was told that only one room of 2 single beds avaliable. 3 adults Have to sleep on the single 6cm thick matteresses.

People at the reception were very helpful, room was okay, Pillow is very uncomfortable, the fans inside made loud noise throughout the night, only got about few hours sleep.

You believe it or not hotel without water in the morning to get washed!!! I couldn’t take a shower morning at one of my days stay there when I asked them they said they will talk to the owner to give them approval to buy water to the underground tank!!! They are out of their mind !! I went outside and bout 3 bottles of 5 gallons to be able to wash myself as well as my wife. Please don’t expect changes as they are out of their minds.
