Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. “This is an old style cottage in a rural setting, which does'nt have the best access, however once there the location is surrounded by woodland and fields which are pleasant. The Lady of the house is a charming individual who was welcoming. The breakfast catered for dietary needs and was wholesome. In general a comfortable stay with no frills, but enjoyable none the less. We would use Bridge Cottage again if we visited the area.”

“The accommodation was clean and well maintained. I have to say we felt the charge of £25 per dog per night extortionate, I understand the rooms may require extra cleaning, but the charge in our opinion is too high. £25 per dog per stay is more justifiable.”

“We booked a double bed for one night, but when we got to hotel the bed had a three quarter mattress. Not enough room to swing a cat in bed. The window in the en suite bathroom would not close, so a cold draft through the night. Won’t be going back there in a hurry”
