The room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Free breakfast was a bit disorganized when we were there. No cups by the juice, no half and half for coffee, kind of had to roam back and forth to find what you were looking for.

The place is quite new and the room was clean. The front desk worker was not very professional in appearance. The young man working the desk in the morning was also working the breakfast room. Breakfast room needed more attention to keeping counters cleaned and stocked. It was the most sparse breakfast I have ever seen in a motel. This was our 1 st stay at a Microtel motel.

The staff were good, the facility and room cleaned. Parking and air conditioning was adequate. We would have rated the room higher but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were to puffy.

The room was very clean. Minimalist. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, without a lot of extra. That being said, the AC unit was very loud. Our room was right next to the stairs. On a couple of occasions, it sounded like someone was rolling bowling balls down the stairs in the early hour of the morning. Recommend asking for a room away from the stairs.

Property was clean and the staff was pleasant. Woke in the middle of the night parched. No water in the bathroom sink. Came back on at some point later but that seems a bit ridiculous. And the A/C also went off. Had to reindeer our room card to turn back on at 3am. Breakfast was okay but few choices of hot breakfast.

This is our fourth stay at this hotel, and we feel comfortable writing a positive review. We keep coming back, because it is fair priced, conveniently located, has hot free breakfast in the morning, and we enjoy our stay every time. Our room was clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The room appliances were all working and the air conditioner kept our room at a comfortable temperature. We had no problem parking our car and truck, there were plenty of spaces. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back, as we have family in the area.
