Loved staying here, very convenient as it is right next to the train station. Super friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay, would definitely recommend and if I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Breakfast, staff, and the restaurant inside the hotel were exceptional. Hotel was clean and staff is attentive. Air conditioning would not go below about 24 Celsius (that's about 75 Fahrenheit for my fellow American folks).

The Pullman Lyon was a welcome retreat during the heatwave. Our room was modern, spacious and well laid out, with excellent air conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the restaurant—the food was very good, with an interesting Spanish influence. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport and Lyon Part-Dieu railway station. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lyon.

Jack at the front desk put my mind at ease. Traveling alone in a foreign country/language can be rough but he was happy and friendly. Great location and accessible to everything Lyon has to offer. Train station pretty much in the same building. Lyon is a beautiful City. Don’t try to park a car though.

There were only 2 inconveniences: There is no coffee in the room, though there was tea. And watch out for the high sided bathtub which is very inconvenient for older people- I got a huge bruise while getting out of the tub) Other than that this was a really wonderful hotel to stay in. The room was very comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. And the location is excellent for quick access to the station as well as local transport to vieux Lyon and other places.

Very safe area next to the train station with easy public transport connections to the city center and airport. Excellent, clean, and comfortable rooms, everything is in great condition.
