This was the perfect hotel for my one night stay in Lyon. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was convenient, near many good bouchons and an easy walk to all the main tourist sites. The room itself was comfortable, cool, and quiet despite facing the road. I would stay again.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Pleasant ambiance. Limited parking at hotel, apparently this needs to requested. Wasn’t very clear in booking process. Parked locally (5 min walk from hotel) Rooms on top floor have low/ sloping ceilings. Worth noting if 6ft + Bathroom very small and awkward in our room. And no shower curtain, which I always find a mystery. This resulted in a very strategic morning wash so as not to flood the place.

The rooms were really nice and staff was nice. It was disappointing that the rooms were not well supplied. No shampoo, conditioner or hand soap. By the time we realized it, it was later in the evening and the front desk had little supplies to provide to us. We had to wait until the next day.
