I was very pleased with the extra care I received from the staff at the reception. From usual daily and night staff, their help was beyond their duty. The manager was also very helpful. Their customer service was beyond the remit of their duty.

The bed was very comfortable. However, the hot water in the shower was not working - VERY DISAPPOINTING. Furthermore, the staff offered no remedy - they did not have a repair person on site, and did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. This was quite unsatisfactory.

Chambre correcte mais beaucoup de poussière au niveau des grilles d'aération. L'insonorisation est également inexistante : on entend le réveil du voisin comme s'il était dans votre chambre et si vous êtes orientés côté parking, on entend les gens partir à 7h du matin bruyamment Ma collègue a de plus passé un très mauvais séjour car 2 hommes ont débarqués successivement dans sa chambre à 23h puis à 3h du matin. Il s'agissait d'erreurs d'attribution de chambre de la part du réceptionniste (il s'est trompé deux fois en quelques heures tout de même, bravo à lui...). Ma collègue étant une femme seule n'a pas dormi de la nuit et très mal durant les 2 nuits suivantes Moi, mes collègues et mes collaborateurs ne viendront donc plus jamais dans cet hôtel qui n'est pas en mesure de garantir votre sécurité, ce qui me semble être la base pour un établissement

Séjour de 5 nuits globalement correct, mais plusieurs points décevants. Présence de fourmis dans la salle de bain et la chambre, ce qui est problématique en termes d’hygiène. Le repas du soir (pâtes au poulet à 23€) était décevant : peu de goût et qualité du poulet discutable (semblait être du poulet reconstitué). Des améliorations sont clairement attendues sur ces aspects.

La porte de la chambre a visiblement été forcée un jour, et était difficile à verrouiller de l’extérieur Porte placard chambre quasi impossible à manœuvrer!! Ménage pas fait le dimanche !!:signalé le lendemain à la réception qui s’est à peine excusé Il manquait un mousseur (sur les3) dans le pommeau de la douche, et les murs étaient moisis à ras du plafond Avons trouvé énorme araignée sur la couverture (j’ai la photo) Sinon, petits déjeuners bien et parking bien Est ce le prix dont nous avons bénéficié par votre intermédiaire qui justifie tout cela??

Le bruit :: Notre chambre donné sur le parking à 6h30 nous avons eu droit au ramassage des poubelles, suivi juste après du poids-lourd de la blanchisserie. Et bien sûr comme notre chambre donner sur l'escalier de l'étage, nous avons eu droit aux valises et aux commentaires de tous les gens qui partaient et bonus, nous avons eu droit même un bébé qui pleure. Vraiment pas adapté pour ce type d'hôtel, honteux
