L'annonce de l'hĂŽtel sur Expedia indque un restaurant et le petit dejeuner. Ces services n'existent plus. De plus les chambres n'Ă©taient pas chauffĂ©es alors qu'il faisant 3° dehors toute la nuit. MĂȘme si la propriĂ©tĂ© est trĂšs bonne sauf pour les moquettes dans les chambres Il faut rafraĂźchir cet Ă©tablissement. RĂ©ception ouverte de 16h Ă  20h et personbe le matin. Ceci n'est plus acceptable de nos jours.

Un cumul de petites choses qui mĂšne Ă  un avis nĂ©gatif global: 1. aprĂšs rĂ©servation, je dĂ©couvre dans ma confirmation que l'acceuil pour le check-in ferme Ă  20h. C'Ă©tait peut-ĂȘtre Ă©crit quelque part en petit. Donc faites attention Ă  ce point. 2. Lors du check-in, une autorisation de dĂ©bit de 100€ est demandĂ© avec l'empreinte de carte bancaire, en guise de caution. Comme si l'Ă©tat des chambres mĂ©ritait une telle prĂ©caution ! 3. l'Ă©tat du bĂątiment de l'extĂ©rieur ne donne pas envie d'entrer. 4. Les chambres sentent mauvais l'odeur de cigarette et sont dans un Ă©tat plutĂŽt dĂ©fraichi. 5. Le petit dĂ©jeuner ne vaut pas le montant supplĂ©mentaire demandĂ©. Bref, c'est sĂ»r que je n'y retournerai pas.

J'ai payé la chambre avec Hotel.com. Ils m'ont appelé a Mehdi pour m'informer de leur problÚme a savoir aucun humain, personne pour accueillir de 16h a 20h. Pour cette raison, ils m'ont demandé de prendre l'emprunte bancaire a distance. J'ai précisé que ça ne fonctionnait pas l'emprunte a distance (je viens tous les lundis depuis 3 mois dans cet hÎtel donc je suis au courant). Ils ont essayé, ça n'a pas fonctionné. Ils m'ont demandé de leur faire un virement de 100 euros (avec un lien par mail) et qu'ils me rembourseraient les 100 euros. Je n'ai jamais vu un tel procédé. C'est ahurissant. Je leur ai demandé de trouver une autre solution étant cliente de leur établissement depuis 3 mois. Ils m'ont rappelé qu'à 19h36 (alors que j'étais quasiment arrivée) pour me dire de me débrouiller, qu'il ne me donnerait pas la clé, et aussi qu'ils ne me rembourseraient pas !! C'est inadmissible. Je souhaite que vous leur demandiez un remboursement. A 19h45, j'ai du trouver un autre hÎtel en derniÚre minute. C'est une arnaque que cet hÎtel a fait contre moi. Sans remboursement de leur part ou de la part d'hÎtel.com je porte plainte. Je ne suis en aucun cas responsable du fait qu'ils ouvrent des chambres a la réservation alors qu'il n'y a strictement personne pour accueillir et remettre les clés !!!!

Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de Lyon. Attention quand mĂȘme, la chambre est pas chĂšre mais vous devrez rajouter le prix du parking si vous venez en voiture. Et les chambres doivent ĂȘtre libĂ©rĂ©es Ă  10h... Mais c est ecrit nulle part ! Ni dans la chambre, ni Ă  l accueil. Et si vous dĂ©passez c est 30 euros lol. C est un piĂšge... Autre chose d Ă©tonnant aussi, on vous demande une caution de 100 euros Ă  votre arrivĂ©e. Sinon, d extĂ©rieur on dirait un hĂŽtel Ă  l abandon, mais Ă  l intĂ©rieur c est propre et le lit est confortable.

Pas de petit dĂ©j en salle le week-end, jamais vu ça! On vous dĂ©pose ce que vous avez choisi dans la chambre la veille au soir, rĂ©sultat pain rassit, un seul cafĂ©, jus de fruit tempĂ©rĂ©s et in paie ça10€... bref arrivĂ© au S2R j'ai remangĂ© direct! Vieille moquettes dalles, faĂŻences et joints de SDB cassĂ©es et/ou grossiers. VMC bouchĂ© par du papier, rĂ©sultat fenĂȘtres pleine de condensation. Pas d'oreillers supplĂ©mentaires malgrĂ© une demande effectuĂ©e. Petit snack hors de prix (Mars 2€, chips picnic 3€, eau 3,50 mais l'affiche parle de prix "minis". PropretĂ©, bien que j'ai repĂ©rĂ© des fibres dans la SDB ça allait.
