A bit older of an establishment but it was charming and the breakfast that is provided was like a personal.picnic all packed and ready to be.picked.up in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable.

In all honesty, the rooms were a little shabby. Needs an update. But exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed! Shower was good. "Front" facing rooms get more traffic noise. And the outside was well maintained, except for some areas of the outside concrete walkways. ( hard winters here)! Breakfast was bagged for you in the am to eat in your room. Choice was between cereal w/ regular or oat milk or a breakfast burrito that you heat in your microwave, a muffin ( not great) & juice. If you want fancy breakfast, choose another place. And staff were courteous and kind and the price was right -call them for rates!

We stayed one night at the Colonnade and then went to our reservation at the Burke Mountain Hotel and honestly, for the money, we should have stayed at the Colonnade. The beds were more comfortable! It was right in town, conveniently located. (It was off season so we were not there to ski, we were there for a class reunion). It was very clean and the room was spacious, and the people were very nice.
