“this hotel was fantastic from the staff been so helpfull and nice to the clean lovely rooms, car park being apart of the hotel lots of room and free with hotel. breakfast was amazing cooked to order.”

“Location is excellent and staff very welcoming and helpful, stayed on the third floor room was clean although very dated and very warm, fan provided but not really effective. Windows only part open which doesn’t help when so warm outside. The shower is useless very low water pressure same with the taps and toilet flush. Breakfast was good however selection of continental was limited, also my wife’s favourite poached eggs sadly wasn’t an option.”

“Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”

“The owner was nice and very helpful. She printed out a map for use to show us the places we would like to visit and a few free parking places in Saunderfoot. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked every morning. The location is not bad, 5 mins or maybe even less to drive to Saunderfoot town centre/ 20 mins walk. Tenby was about 10 mins drive away. The room had everything needs,plus a nice coffee pod machine and Welsh cakes. Parking is included which was great.”

“Roof window had plants growing in Faded plastic plants Bathroom not good as in the eves so no good for a man to use the toilet Cobwebs on wall and windows Quilt was to thick for a heatwave And the property and room smelt of dogs”

“We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! “Free Wi-Fi. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast & plenty of options. Very hot week. A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well. Ate supper there one evening & it was nice. The room was as expected, although could benefit from a freshen up. Reasonable prices & great location to use as a base to enable you to visit many places.”

“Room was not clean enough in parts, only enough towels for 1 person and should have been 2, also bath mat missing, mold in corner of shower tray, around extractor fan was dirty also. The beds were comfortable and clean.
