I really enjoyed my stay. I was able to travel easy due to the property being a five minute walk from a few different bus stops. There are also some decent places to eat out around as well. Chris was an awesome host helping me whenever I needed it. Everything was provided, except for shampoo. I brought my own, but others may find that unexpected. The WiFi can also be temperamental depending where in the room you are, but not unusable. If you want a fair price short term stay, this is a fantastic option.
