“We received a very warm welcome from hosts Jackie and Rob and our stay was absolutely exceptional! Our room was clean, neat, well appointed, with a refreshments tray including lovely homemade cake and the folder containing menus and directions for the nearby pubs for meals was well thought out and presented. “Great little find, staff were super helpful. There was parking at the hotel, albeit only a few spaces, room was quiet and clean. I can’t believe it was so cheap for one night and in a great location for Shrewsbury, only a 10 min walk over the bridge. I would say the bed wasn’t super comfortable and the pillows were not to my liking. Due to the hot weather the room wasn’t that well ventilated but a fan was provided which was welcome.
