Even the motel is old the hosts have made sure the room is super clean, crisp white sheets, and lovely stay for overnight after flying into Halifax. Easy to pop into Truro for snack/supper

The staff was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. As my room was on the main floor, parking was right outside the door. As the temperature outside was comfortable, I opened the window fully until I went to sleep. I didn't need to use the air conditioning. I would stay here again.

Very clean. Easy and friendly check in service. Found the bed very comfortable. Downside was the noise, the window air conditioning unit let in a lot of noise from outside. Decent enough for the price

We had a great stay at the Tidal Bore Inn. The owners were extremely kind and hospitable during check-in and later when helping us after we had accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. The location is very convenient as is located right off of the highway and close to several stores and fast food restaurants. I will note that the outlets in our upper level room were located quite far from the bed, so I would suggest to bring a long charging cord if you prefer to charge your phone/devices beside the bed.
