Only complaint is the soap dispenser and body soap dispenser both were empty. They did give us small bars of soap. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Loved to see a microwave most places have taken them out.

The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again.
