I was first put into a room and the sound on the tv wasn’t working so when I brought this up (mind you it was around 11pm), after trying a few things to fix it and it not working, she put me into a room next to it and even apologized even though it was just a tv problem! She is the kindest ole women you will ever meet and the rooms actually make you feel like you are staying at grandmas house! Normally I am always on my toes staying at hotels because they never seem to safe but I felt completely comfortable and safe even at night.

Beautiful place to stay at! It has southern charm in abundance. We had rooms facing the courtyard and there was a beautiful fountain. We were close to the pools and hot tub. The staff were sweet and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The Backstreet Cafe was a cute little restaurant with great food and nice staff. The cakes and pies were delicious! We definitely want to come back!

It was a quaint motor style hotel. Drive your car to your door. It has age on it but that was part of the charm. Had both indoor and outdoor pool so great for all seasons. The restaurant on property served great food. It was quiet and had a convenient store next door for snacks and things you may have forgotten.

Great staff the young lady at the the desk on 1st shift was very helpful and welcoming with a great energetic attitude! Something you don't get from many places these days ... The room was also very clean and had warm welcome as well. The pools were excellent which they have a indoor an a outdoor pool with a hot tub. Vending machines could have been better but they worked an was stalked. All around a very great place to stay an the Back street cafe was awesome to which is a little cozy restaurant on the side of the hotel!

The first room we were given had a layer of white, powdery “dust” on all surfaces. I was told that they had done ceiling repair and it was from that and the girl that cleans is young and it was supposed to be on her list to clean. They sent her back in to clean it but it was still on a lot of surfaces (she was in our room for only a few minutes) so they switched us to a different room. The second room had someone’s leftover fast food in the microwave and the tub filled up with water when you showered. The bed was clean enough and we just needed sleep before heading back home (we were there for Fort Knox advanced camp grad) and we didn’t want to switch rooms again. We also decided to eat dinner at their restaurant and I was served a raw baked potato and chicken breast so dry I had to use bbq sauce to get it down. Front desk was very friendly and helpful but the cleaning and food definitely could use much improvement. We didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub but it looked clean

Great place to stay!

Very clean property. Not the most up to date but rooms were clean and very comfortable. The entire property was clean and staff was very friendly. Attended Louder Than Life festival and it was an easy drive. On site restaurant was nice as well. Only suggestion is to make outlets more accessible.
