B&B en Louisiana

“This was one of those unforgettable stays that exceed your expectations! From our arrival at night, finding this magical place that looked gorgeous, to breakfast time, and more…Everything was a beautiful surprise. The owner put so much love and detail into everything! If I can, I will stay there again!”

“The place was beautiful, spacious, well maintained and the staff is absolutely amazing. I visited this place for the first time with 2 autistic children and my husband and they were so accommodating. 100% recommend.”

“El lugar tiene demasiado encanto victoriano. El cuarto no había sido limpiado pero llegamos antes del check in e inmediatamente lo limpiaron. El host y el cocinero son muy atentos. Incluye un tour por la casa para conocer la historia.”

“This place was the perfect little getaway. Cozy, quiet, with lots of history behind it. The rooms were individually decorated with fireplaces and they serve breakfast to you on Saturdays and Sundays. If it is during a weekday, they serve breakfast for ten dollars a person. There are snacks and coffee 24/7 for guest in the dining room. They have a backyard with multiple firepits to sit around. Absolutely fantastic owners. So sweet and thoughtful. A very luxurious bathroom! This is a must stay!...

“Beautiful place. I want to go back soon!”

“We stayed in the Commissary. Very interesting old home from 1820 but the property (or at least, the care taker's position) has recently changed hands, so you'll see why the "breakfast" portion of "B & B" is not available right now. No other guests were staying the evening of our visit, so the caretaker gave us a tour of the house, and even let us see the attic. It really is just like the Loyd Hall website states...that there is no one else in the home, in terms of staff members, and if you...

“The room, house and gardens were beautiful. The location is great to walk to music and restaurants. Communication from management was slow (no one is on site). There was a mixup with our access code and parking. We parked on the street and had no issues.”

“Responsive staff, great breakfast, terrific location.”

“Greenwood Plantation is such a beautiful and peaceful place! The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere makes it the perfect little getaway. Breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality made our stay even better. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I was amazed how beautiful the house was and how remote you can be in a city. I would definitely recommend it”

“This is an old listed property therefore that is the only reason I did not put a higher rating for condition. It was very authentic and we really enjoyed staying here. The host was very attentive.”
