The hotel location is excellent, close to the Santa Monica Pier, beach & the 3rd Street Promenade. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast were very friendly and kind. For parking, there are several options nearby, including one across the road, while we used the Civic Centre Parking Structure nearby. We did message the hotel both before and after the trip on queries, but no-one replied, although they like sending automated messages to you. Overall, good.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic location - Santa Monica Pier is right there. They have lots of amenities available included in the price (games, beach equipment, etc.) which is a nice bonus. The only downside is the lack of self-parking, but convenient public parking is available over the road for a maximum of $22 per day (resets at midnight).

We enjoyed our stay at the Pierside. It was located right next to the Santa Monica Pier and close to the 3rd Street promenade. Great location. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.
