The place is clean and close to everywhere. Staff are nice too. Hotel doesnt have a specific Parking for their customer so it will be a lil bit challenging.

The room its self is pretty nice. But its not worth the price. The staff were nice and helpful. The down fall is that there is no parking. You have to find parking and pay each time. We stayed 3 days 2 nights and spend $60 on parking a lone. And the parking structure smells like pee.

It's like staying in a studio apartment. No noise from the neighbors. Very nice bath. Full kitchen with modern appliances. Full size refrigerator. Wonderful friendly staff at the front desk. We will definitely stay here again.

Very central location in Downtown LA we used the metro many times and it’s only a short walk to the station. Clean and spacious with everything we needed for a short break and more. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful everything was good and we plan to stay again in September.

The area is not the best, but the hotel makes your stay comfortable, specially when you have kids. Being in downtown LA makes it easier to move around other places in the California area. This has been our second time staying at the Haas Bldg.

I have stayed here a numerous amount of times and will continue to stay. This is a great value for the location and has a enough beds comfortably for me and my two friends always when we come to LA. Absolutely adore this hotel wish it could be one in other states as well

Super spacious rooms, nice kitchen area, comfy living room and bedroom. There only drawback is the neighborhood. It is definitely sketchy. I was ok walking to my conference 10m during the day but did not feel sane walking back to hotel in the evening, and certainly could not go for a run in the morning.
