It’s always a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton when we come to California to visit family the rooms are nice and clean the beds are so comfy I’ve made the mistake of staying some where else and I regret it instantly.

Lovely and clean hotel. The only thing I can say was not so good was the pool. The jacuzzi was cold and we were not able to really use it like I was looking forward to doing and the pool was also cold even though it’s advertised as being heated. Others then that it was a good stay. Staff that we encountered, the front desk staff, were okay, not really friendly or informative.

The pool was really good. Not too much direct sun. The Spa looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks though. The breakfast was ok. Too pricey for the selection and quality. They dont say that theres a charge for parking but they do charge it to your room. The hotel was clean but the parking lot in the back entrance smells really bad because it is next to the dumpster. Smells absolutely foul.

I was very pleased with the convenient location, directly across the street from the shopping center that included Walmart, the movie theater, and Trader Joe’s. The rooms were nice, clean, and free of any smoke or unusual odors. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent. I prepaid $20 for two people when making my reservation online, which was well worth it, especially noting that the price at the hotel was $28 per person. I appreciated having the option to either eat in the dining area or take food from the buffet to go. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for the great service.
