Impeccably clean common areas and rooms. Incredibly welcoming, and helpful staff. Warm, social atmosphere. Great location, situated in a vibrant central neighborhood within walking distance of top sights, public transit, and great dining.

I absolutely love this property and I would definitely recommend it a perfect 10/10 The house is always clean and drama free and welcoming as well as queit, respectful, and comfortable.

Felt safe, cared for, and even had fun conversations with other people staying in the kitchen area. I’ll be going back. Bring your own towel, or $15 to rent one.

When we arrived we were told a check in time of 3pm on our booking website, we arrive and the woman tells us that we need to check in at 4:30. I asked if it was okay if we checked in early and she proceeded to tell us it’d be an extra $20. I was fine with it and was willing to pay but did not in the end as another group showed up and the woman proceeded to cuss at them for having the same issue as me and then tried to charge them $50. She then told us and the other group there was no early booking. We left and were not back until late night after our trip, when we get back we are greeted at the door by a man in his BOXERS and I had two children with me. We parked in the driveway, and then we were told we needed to move the cars or pay $50 just to park. We moved the cars very far away and it was at least a 7-10 minute walk back. We got into our room and it was not what I booked. I booked a 9 bed room and we received a 6 bed. A few of my family members got bites and saw little bugs around the room. We ended up leaving not even an hour of being there around 3am because there was banging and crashing even though one of the MANY (very strict) property rules was no noise. As we left there were 3 individuals sitting on the couch as though they were waiting for us to leave??? We were very uncomfortable and disappointed in this property and will not come back. Everyone was very unprofessional, do not book here.
