It was exactly what I needed as a solo traveler and resting before leaving LAX. It was quiet and I was able to rest and relax. The bathroom was clean, the staff was very nice, I accidentally lost my plastic key but they replaced it, although I found it and returned it before leaving. The parking was convenient and free. That was cool! I had a rental the first night so I parked early before 5. After that time it would generally get full. It was close to restaurants. I could’ve walked but it was easier to Uber to the local IHOP nearby and have a nice breakfast instead of eating at the airport. Convenient. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel staff were really helpful when I had questions or concerns. The hotel seems to be a bit tidy however the bathroom and floors floors could be more cleaner. The door seems to be jammed back and forth. It seemed to open normal at times but the struggle is quite challenging when it doesn't open.

I liked that it was close to the airport. What I didn't like was staff attitude (handing keys and documents to you to sign without eye contact - like the client is beneath them), old furniture, roaches on the table, trash (not sure where old brown leaves came from, but they were everywhere), worst part, the toilet pressure to flush was not enough. Ahit and tissue was just floating and gradually getting drained but leaving a horrible sight. Checked out, no one was at the front desk for me to tell them about the toilet situation. Dropped off my key and hopped into my Uber.

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever been too. First of all the location was good. The hotel was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, everything was just dirty. There was a bed outside with blood. Drug addicts everywhere inside and outside. But I guess I only paid 100 so you get what you pay for!

We had mixed feelings about our week-long stay at Ramada by Wyndham Hawthorne LAX. The Good: The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the pool was a nice perk, and holding our luggage after checkout was super helpful. On top of that, the staff was genuinely kind throughout our stay! The Bad: -Mold & Smell: The mold issue here is serious. Even after washing all of our clothes in their laundry facilities, the heavy mold smell stuck to our clothes and pillows. My family ended up with severe allergies and nonstop coughing that have now lasted past checkout day. If you have a mold allergy, I do not advise this location. -Housekeeping: Upon arrival, there was a red wine stain on my son’s bed. I requested housekeeping twice during our week stay and specifically asked for the sheets to be changed, but both times we returned to the exact same stained sheets. -Elevator: The elevator is tricky to operate and unbelievably slow. Location Note: Don't count on using the Metro to get to or from the hotel, it's not practical, so plan on taking Ubers. The staff is great, but until the mold and housekeeping quality are properly addressed, we wouldn't stay here again.

Room was clean but very muggy. It had a weird smell but not terrible. 1 towel for 4 persons but the bed was very comfortable. Parking garage smelled like urine and it was dirty. No breakfast. Limited to complimentary beverages.

It was There an ok trip tprice was dec the staff is also very nice. The manager was a little bit over the edge , but the rest of the staff that have already been there were pretty nice and understanding and made up or him. The worst part though was when water started dripping from the ceiling at 5am and turned into a big big puddle in the bathroom , and maintenance would not be able to take care of it until 2hours , t 8later

The room was clean and had ample towels, etc. The curtains in the room are stationary which means you cant open them to let the sunlight in. The rest of the hotel looked like a run-down motel. A couple of times, the elevators did not work. The garage has cars parked half-way into the spot leaving the other half as an obstruction to other cars. They say on the site "Free parking". Nope...costs $10 (which isnt too bad, but still). No onsite restaurant.

This Ramada hotel apparently has a major eruption of Bed Bugs in the 2026 Summer! I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews but in this case, I am because it feels important. This Ramada evidently has a terrible bed bug outbreak, and I was told by several guests at the hotel that they woke up with many painful bed bug bites. I did have some bites, but it seems like I was lucky, compared to many of the guests I spoke with. One guest I talked with had literally dozens of ugly blotchy bed bug bites on his face; I felt so badly for him. Some guests I spoke with were very upset with the hotel, because even after being told about this huge bed bug problem, the hotel apparently just apologizes and doesn’t do anything about trying to get rid of the bed bugs. There were some good aspects to this hotel. They have a waterfall with the swimming pool which is pretty nice. The location is good, especially because it is so close to LAX, and near venues for the World Cup. But if I were coming to LA for the World Cup, there is no way in a million years that I would risk having my body covered in bed bug bites by staying at this hotel.

The whole facility, room, bathroom fixtures and room appliances and furniture were acceptable for cleanliness but very outdated and beat-up. It's a place to just close your eyes and not look at the room, appreciate the clean sheets, make the most of the lumpy pillows and go to sleep.
