Check in went smooth. Lady at check-in wasn't as friendly but the lady at check out was great, she was super friendly. She just had a good vibe about her. So nice to see in a hotel setting. The property is badly run down and dirty looking but my room was spotless and looked like it was newly refurbished. Towels and bedding were immaculate. The elevator was very dirty. Breakfast was adequate but limited. Staff happens to be extremely friendly and helpful. On the other hand, if you have light luggage you can just about walk to the Burbank airport.

Everything was relatively good. No funny smells . I felt safe, the neighborhood is safe for walking . The pool was nice to enjoy in this summer heat. Front desk employees very friendly and helpful. Very close to freeway and convenient. We will sure be back! On the last 2 days of my trip our neighbors were very loud up to 1:30am and also early in the morning 6:30 am. It just felt weird to share a door with them.
