I really liked the place and room we got. It was clean. The only thing was the breakfast was not what we expected. There was very limited choices and not really breakfast, more of a snack. Everything else was great.

The staff and the complimentary finger breakfast was great! I just wish there was a noise barrier between us and the freeway and the darn airplanes. Good for the price. Exactly what we needed for a quick couple nights at Universal .front desk was very helpful in the morning and at night.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and responsive to needs like refilling breakfast foods. Staff let my son eat breakfast at 3am before left for airport. Hot tub water was good temperature but felt itchy, pool water a bit cool but I like it warm. One morning received a call if wanted maid service which woke us all up and felt was unnecessary. Parking was not great, difficult to get in and out of spots. Overall would stay there again for the value.
