This hotel was perfect for our family while traveling for a sports tournament at the Ontario Convention Center. The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed, and made getting to and from the tournament so easy. The breakfast was also really good, which was a huge plus for our family before a busy day. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

I felt secure that transportation to the airport at 3:30 am would be reliable and it was. The staff is friendly and accommodating 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean and large. Room service and restaurant hours were limited. I would stay again!

The hotel is just beautiful walking in and right across the street from the Ontario convention center. Likely as close as one could stay. On the first night after the convention Billy Zane and Mena Suvari walked through and Billy was staying there. If its good enough for them its definitely good enough for me. Our last hotel experience at a different hotel was not so good so after that THIS hotel was like a dream come true! We had SUCH a great stay and have decided THIS hotel is a MUST stay while coming to Ontario! Many thanks the the staff for creating such a memorable experience during our vacation!

Room was spacious, and check-in was smooth. Room was clean! A couple of issues: the a/c runs really loud. And there wasn't a fan speed control, only a temperature setting. So it was either loud or not. The noise really kept me awake most of the night. Sheer curtain in my room was torn.
