I wish I had remembered to take photos of the room and property. It was nice to have the free parking available. It was a little tight, but still awesome! Housekeeping is fantastic! Room was kept clean, new towels every day. Room had fridge and microwave. Room was good size, four adults we’re comfortable. Convenient walking distance to Disney park entrance. Stores nearby.

Hotel was very run down and is desperately in need of an update. I’m ok with old but this was well beyond that. Staff was super helpful and kind but I was glad we were just there for a quick one night stay.

Went on forth of July weekend, and the guy at the service desk was very friendly. Gave us info on where the firework show would be. He also gave us the room in the front. Wish I knew the guys name, but would book again if he's still around!

There was poop in the toilet when I checked in. The person sent maintenance and lied to the manager that they'd offered to change my room and I'd refused. I said to not call me at 9:30 AM to ask if I'm checking out, so they went ahead and called at 9:32. Then someone knocked on the door to make sure that I was checking out. All of the doors were damaged and the entrance door wasn't even flush against the bottom of the jamb. The dirty spider webbing was a nice touch of ambience (this is sarcasm). I didn't use the pool. It was nice to have parking. Pictures are room 105 and the sign from the check in window (you can't go in the lobby). Overall: gross and annoying.

It's an older property but very clean. As we were at a conference all weekend the room was only used for sleeping. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. This is the 4th time staying at this property. Will reserve it again the next time we are heading to Long Beach,

It was in an area that had lots of restaurants within walking distance. Homeless people came and knocked on doors, people were having sex right in the middle of the walkway for everyone to see. Pool and hot tub looked dirty on the bottom and AC didnt get cold.
