The property was exceptionally clean, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The staff truly stood out—they were amazing, helpful, and constantly went above and beyond to answer questions and assist with requests. However, if you are a light sleeper or traveling with children, be aware that loud music from the rooftop travels down and plays until 2:00 AM.

This is a very clean hotel right now the Venice beach. The location is amazing, beach is just a walk away, close to all the Venice beach has to offer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, for a family for 4 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant that provides amazing views of the beach and surrounding area. It does gets crowded and a bit loud during the weekend nights. There is a resort fee of $40/day that entitles you to stuff that is mostly standard across all hotels/motels, such as internet, in room coffee etc. You do get additional beach towels and beach chairs (not regular chairs, these are just a backstop to sit on the sand). Not worth the $40/day price tag. Parking is only valet which is outrageous $60/night. There is a parking lot right across but gets filled very quickly. The free breakfast is just muffins, yogurt, juice & coffee with some fruits, not hot items, those needs to be ordered for a fee.

Wouldn’t stay again. The rooms are clean and bed comfortable. They charge you a $40USD resort fee for a hotel with NO amenities. Only one elevator with broken AC for seven floors that is shares with the rooftop restaurant that gets very crowded during weekends. Complimentary breakfast is only yogurt, coffee and a few fruits. Very disappointing

Very clean, stylish room. Spacious, comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Really liked the fact we could get beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for the day. Great location surrounded by fun restaurants. The canals are 10 minutes away and Abbot Kinney Boulevard was a short walk away as well. Breakfast was decent as well if you don’t mind muffins and yogurt parfaits. Eggslut is next door if you need a more substantial beginning to your day. Staff is great. Would definitely stay here again. The teens loved it.
