The room was great and close to the attractions. It was only a 5 minute drive to Angels Stadium. Down the street from Disney and various eateries and shops. Julie, the concierge, was very helpful and friends. Great customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

We had to request ice . Ice makers not working and floor was dirty in room it also smell like bleach . Breakfast was put away before 10:00 and the following morning they had no pancakes or scrambled eggs . The rooms across us were shut down by City of Ontario for several reasons . They only clean rooms every other day unless you request a cleaning .

Good for a one night stay. Property is run down. Old signs. Crunchy sheets. Wouldn’t eat the “continental breakfast”. And don’t dare take any food from the area given the ten signs warning you not to. Needs some property upgrades.

This hotel is rundown. Its a clean hotel, but things like the ice machine's not working or the elevator sounding like its gunna break everytime you get on keeps you the edge. The hotel sign itself tells you that its been around for a while, its sun-faded. Other than that our stay was fine.
