The staff were excellent right from the reception ladies through to the room cleaners everyone was incredibly helpful and very nice. The pool area was nice and never very busy, which was great and breakfast was very satisfying plus water & coffee on tap when you want it.

Clean and spacious rooms for a family of 4, beds were comfortable, plenty of storage, staff were friendly, Tesla chargers onsite, parking for a fee, gym, pool was open til 10pm, but the best part was the breakfast! It’s included and they had a great selection… eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fresh make your own pancakes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal with toppings, cereals, Greek yogurt, fruits, & fresh coffee for each person!

The cigarette smell hit me the moment I walked in and lingered throughout the rooms. The property overall felt a bit run-down. My sheets looked clean enough, but the pillows had a slight mustiness, and I found a wrapper tucked into the bedsheets. I know that’s from previous guests ignoring the no-smoking rules, but it was still disappointing. On the positive side, the towels were fresh and clean, and the bathroom, though small, was well cleaned. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. Water pressure was weak and it took a while for the water to warm up. Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the Costa Coffee maker for a solid cup of coffee. The staff was friendly and made the stay better! Overall, I’d rate the stay 3.5/5.

The check in and check out process was fast and easy. The front desk staff was super helpful and kind. The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. Only thing to keep in mind is they close the kitchen half an hour earlier than the posted time.
