Staff were all very nice, friendly, professional, alert; acknowledged us by greeting us and offering assistance as soon as we came through the entrance doors. Everything was clean, and their breakfast was good. We don’t have any issues with parking, and most importantly comfy beds. Positive experience :)

The elevator we used was a little slow, but I believe there was another one to use; we just didn’t get around to using the other one. The bathroom sink drained a bit slow. However, everything else was great: cleanliness, wonderful staff, good breakfast, parking, etc. We would stay again!

Actual hotel itself was really really nice! The surrounding neighborhood was definitely sketchy. It’s down the block from Skid Row so proceed with caution in the late nights. I did talk to the hotel staff and they assured me that the hotel itself is very very safe, which it definitely was! Very clean and the complementary breakfast was delicious! I’d stay again if I wasn’t traveling with young pre teens since they got a little spooked out before I did
