Pool was murky and not clean. Room had an odor, possibly the carpet, definitely couple of the pillows. Other than that, place seems updated and mostly felt clean. Staff friendly. Front staff very helpful and professional. Breakfast has something for everyone. Limited parking, but parking also available across the street at the mall (get parking pass from front desk).

Ok ,I stayed here with my family and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! The property was clean! Parking was a bit odd since it’s shared with the mall but no big deal. But Toni at the front desk was nothing shy of AMAZING! Toni was awesome and he took care of my family so we could enjoy our stay! All in all I would DEFINITELY go back!

We enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, especially its proximity to Ontario Airport. It was only a quick 10–15 minute drive from the airport, which made things very convenient. The hotel is also right next to Ontario Mills, with plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby, including Costco and Walmart. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The only issue we had with the room was the air conditioning, which was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. The hotel parking was limited and filled up quickly. Once the hotel parking lot was full, we had to park in the Ontario Mills parking lot, which was less convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was a large group of people being very loud outside the hotel after 1 AM, and unfortunately, the staff were not able to get them to quiet down. This was disappointing and affected our sleep. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the variety of options. Overall, this is a convenient hotel with a great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Just be aware that parking can be limited, the air conditioning can be noisy, and nighttime noise may be an issue.

I needed to check in a little early and I know its not always possible but the were very accommodating. I requested a room on the bottom floor and they gave me that also. I didn't have breakfast in the morning as I got up to late but I have stayed here many times before and it was wonderful. Very friendly staff they always greet you when you come in.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is under renovations so there were those things which were not at the usual Hampton Inn & Suites level of excellence. Our meeting had issues with the audio and internet stability, again I believe due to work happening in the hotel. Overall, good expereince.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room on the third floor was completely renovated and just lovely! As always, Hampton Inn provided a complete breakfast. Parking is a bit tight, but everything else is five stars!
