At check- in the front desk staff was handing out complimentary gift bags with water, cookies and hand sanitizer. We were never offered a bag. We were there for 5 nights and our trash never got emptied, not once. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and face towels every other day. I told them there was 3 of us and they insisted on giving us 2 towels and 2 face towels. Old towels were only picked up once the entire time while there. So imagine 5 days of trash overflowing with wet dirty towels on the floor. The breakfast staff was very pleasant. To sum it up we stayed in a dirty room for 5 days. Parking was terrible but out of there control.

She followed up with us shortly after check-in and again the next day to ensure everything was going well. We recently stayed here for a relatives memorial service. The hotel location is perfect. Close to shopping, dining and easy access to the highway. The Hampton Inn has a relaxing environment and thoughtful design. They also provided a great breakfast and always had fresh coffee available. While we were really impressed with our room, I can’t say enough about the great staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. They really cared about how our stay was going. We hope to be back soon under better circumstances. I will definitely stay here again. Great experience!
