Great location in Artesia. Easy access to parking. Breakfast was okay for most people, but for Keto diet people like me it was just adequate (like most hotels).

I liked the open courtyards and the pool. Also I used the ice machine every day. The rooms were clean and they offered us clean towels every day. There was plenty of parking and it's nice that they offered a continental breakfast starting at 6 AM.

Bad part of town, very sketchy parking lot. Breakfast was useless! Staff was friendly and the actual room was a good size, had a desk with a chair and a small couch. Based on location I would not stay again.

The room was clean, the bed was amazing, so comfortable had an amazing 2 nights sleep. There was poor ADA Help, 1 little tiny ramp, my scooter barely fit, and the walkways felt soft I was nervous walking them. If you like a hotel with no frills this was it, Glad we were there just to sleep, we were out most of the time.

I have nothing negative to say about my stay. From the beginning of our stay, the staff were very nice and helpful with a 4 hour early check-in. They got our room ready quick and we were able to relax. The room smelled fresh and clean the whole time. Very affordable and even provided free breakfast. I will definitely stay here again…thank you!!!!

Very nice staff and rooms are clean. My only suggestion would be to have security walking the property to see guest being stupid at late hrs,and not have to call front desk. But once I called problem solved.

It was evident that a lot of care and pride is taken in caring for this property, overall. The lobby and registration area are clean and atractive. Staff were very kind and helpful over the course of my stay. The amenities for this budget-friendly hotel were very nice, including the sparkling pool and the lovely breakfast. My room was renovated and clean. The bathroom was clean in a general sense, but could use a good, deep cleaning. The area under the sink had wall stains, dirty tiles and floor, and the shower head had thick limescale on it. My only other suggestion is to replace the floor mat by the door leading out to the parking area. It is worn and parts have lifted, which creates a tripping/falling hazard. Beyond those two areas, I was pleased with this property.
