For an individual and a quick stay, this is a very affordable option central to many things in Long Beach and the greater LA metro. The room was tidy, staff were very kind. The surrounding area is what you would expect for urban SoCal.

Rooms were clean and staff was super nice! We were able to check in early for a very small fee and we even got upgraded. Rooms are huge! Close by to everything. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

The staff were really helpful and nice, and they gave a little gift of snacks and water. It was so thoughtful! The room was clean and maintained, and the area is very quiet. If warped tour is back next year, I’ll definitely be back at this motel!!

Considering that it was a motel and given the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the property actually was. The front desk staff are were friendly and helpful, and upon arrival they welcomed us with a complimentary snack bag. Our room was clean. The minor issues are the noise of ac and the noise of the shower head (it made a noise like a boiling kettle). The court yard parking has a lot of space for parking and there was no unauthorized person on the property so it felt pretty safe.

A lovely little find—10/10, we’d absolutely return! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Cherry Motel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Having covered parking tucked off the highway was a huge plus, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. It was just what we needed for a relaxing night away together. One little detail I especially loved was the nimbu mirchi—the traditional lemon-and-chili protection charm hanging above the check-in window. It caught my eye and made me smile! 🌶️💕 Clean rooms, a peaceful stay, convenient parking, and lovely people—there’s a lot to appreciate here. We’d happily book again. Thank you, Cherry Motel!

I had to extend my stay several times and the hotel was very helpful. I was also injured and they took that into account with cleaning. I also checked out late due to being injured and they didn't give me a hard time.
