The motel felt a bit old, with outdated decor, but everything was clean. The air conditioner was uneven and really loud—I could only sleep with noise-cancelling headphones. That said, the location was super convenient since I was walking to a concert, and the price for the location was good. Overall, a decent stay, but the AC definitely needs some attention.

Only complaint is that the room was not full clean. Floor was not vacuumed, towels were stained, toilet had nasty ring stains, and the room had an awful smoke smell. Other than that it was an easy process to check in and out. The area was okay just a bit of noisy traffic. The attendant was pleasant and quick to check us in.

The air conditioner made the room absolutely not breathable. The air quality was already bad and smelled like cigarettes. There was a tequila bottle in the closet. There was no screen on the window. The bed was very hard and the faucet water never got cold. Sorry not sorry, terrible neighborhood, the only place that made it worth it is the Winchell's.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. We found cockroaches, hair from previous guests on the floor and pillowcases, a fake fingernail and earring back on the floor, a slimy floor, and what appeared to possibly be mouse droppings and blood in the bathroom. The bathroom door was sticky and difficult to open, and the toilet seat wasn’t properly bolted down. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, furniture was broken and had burn marks, a spring was sticking out of the mattress, and the smoke alarm was disconnected. There was also something concerning in the light fixture directly above the bed that made us question whether it could possibly be a camera. I cannot confirm what it was, but it made us extremely uncomfortable. The walls were very thin and the room next door was having a party. Parking spaces were extremely tight, there was no coffee maker, and the hotel’s listed phone number was disconnected. The staff we encountered were friendly but unprofessional. The cleanliness was so questionable that we slept fully dressed on top of the blankets and kept the TV on most of the night hoping the light would keep the cockroaches away. We did not feel clean, comfortable, or safe here and would absolutely not stay again.
