Everything and everyone was amazing. Beautiful clean rooms, amazing views, chilled atmosphere,, breakfast incredible, evening meal wonderful. Hot tub was fantastic with the most perfect views of the mountains. I’m already booking for next year

All the staff were very lovely and friendly. The Barentz Pub was really convenient - good range of drinks and nice food which was served very quickly. Our final dinner was at Nansen which was delicious. And, of course, breakfast was great - Ruth was a bright start to the day - all with a fabulous view!

I had a very nice stay here. Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. I also booked a time for the outside jacuzzi, which was a great experience under the stars in the polarnight. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Longyearbyen.
