The property is beautiful! The staff and service were exceptional. We had an electrical problem in our bathroom on Saturday and the electrical engineer, David Lociseron, left us the kindest note wishing us a happy anniversary. Darin and the staff at the beach, pool, valet, housekeeping, butler, FD, restaurants were all fabulous. loved nightly turndown service. room was clean and comfortable. balcony large. food at CW prime, Aura were excellent as was breakfast at Riva and the coffee/baked goods at Carolinas. loved the Lagoon experience, feeding the tortoises and the lazy river. great staff for these activities as well. can’t wait to go back. thx St Regis!

Lovely new five star resort, great room designs w ocean views and great pools. Only issue was getting reservations at the steak restaurant so make sure you book before you arrive.

Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.
