Just after spending a lovely night in the hotel.Excellent service and beautiful decor.Large room and comfortable bed.Iron and hairdryer in the room and bathroom suite has a great shower.Continental breakfast was nice and well stocked

Breakfast was beautifully done each morning. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. They give great advice on places to eat, etc. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Amazing, excellent hotel we will definitely return to soon!

Room was great and good value. Reception, bar and breakfast (including the breakfast room) were all lovely. Parking next door in public car park but overall a great stay and thanks to all the staff!

Being in the center of town, you can walk to so many things. We were here for Halloween, so it was perfectly located within walking distance to the walled city and the parade route. Staff were extraordinary, especially Franchesca (the hardest worker) and a woman in the breakfast room who made each person feel very special. Wish I knew her name.(Wire rim glasses)

Magnificent! Stayed here for 2 nights exploring the city and the coastline including Giants Causeway. The staff were superb, friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a bonus included in our stay. The hotel is situated a short walk from the city walls and all the sites. What a bonus to have a bar in the hotel for a nightcap or two.

The staff went over and above to help us when we had some bad news and needed to fly home. The very compassionate and anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed. They were a bright spot on a very bad day for us. I will never forget it.

Freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück übersichtlich, netter Frühstücksraum. Unweit Parkplätze, die nachts sogar umsonst sind.
