The room was very secluded, comfortable and relatively clean. You can still hear the tube and the bathroom would make a weird sound every few minutes. But once the lights were off, it was very easy to fall asleep and relax, especially with the cocoon style bed and mattress. The area is a massive plus if you plan to be exploring London both during the day and night.

A good option when you are on a budget . Rooms are clean and comfortable but very basic - no tv , no tea or coffee facilities . Basically just a bed and a bathroom Corridor carpets were filthy but room was clean Well located in the west end so walkable Staff very friendly and helpful

A short stay here as I basically wanted somewhere clean to sleep in the heart of London. Despite being absolutely tiny rooms, both our large suitcases fit with the top half leaning against the wall. It’s a great location close to many attractions however I’m not sure that outweighs the smell of the place. It’s 4 and 5 levels underground so as soon as you get into the hallway, a damp old smell hits you (maybe the carpeted areas had some water ingress at some point) and the room offered no relief as another smell greets you, one that can only be likened to sewage. Our room could also have benefited from a good clean as someone else’s hair was in the shower/ needed a scrub.

The AC could have worked a little better. No tv in the room and the room was small which makes it hard to do little things with two people in the room. The biggest complaint was the shower door isn’t designed to close so it’s very easy to get water all over the room if you aren’t careful. Overall a good value if you don’t mind putting up with some small inconveniences.

The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and on a 33 degree day in London, the air con was wonderful. You can hear the underground a bit, but not enough to prevent a good nights sleep!

Service there was good and very nice. Only bad thing was if you use the bathroom to the sink it will make a sound after you use it and floor wasn’t so clean, your socks will get very dirty so buy par of shoes. But overall very good place to stay.

Staff were helpful, rooms had air con, noise from underground didnt bother us at all. It just sounded like the rumblings of distant thunder. Basic rooms, but for us this was the cheapest hotel in the area so you get what you pay for. Our bed was huge, room clean and beds comfortable. Would stay here again. My only complaint is that you have to pay £15 for them to store bags prior to check-in. Which ive never experienced before.

I stayed in a basic room for one night and that's enough for this type of room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The hotel was quiet but you can hear the rumble of the underground trains. The only thing that disappointed me was the hotel charges £15 to look after your bags which I just cannot get my head around.

We found the staff to be a bit unhelpful. Our room was noisy and we couldn’t believe we had to pay £15 for bag storage. The location of the hotel was great very central but for what we paid for the room we don’t think it was worth it.

The underground hotel was great. The shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. For a short stay it doesn't matter that there are no windows. The only sounds are a slight rumble of tube trains and the airco.

The room was clean and compact. Air conditioning was fabulous as the outside temperature was 33 degrees. The ongoing noise from the pipes after using the tap, shower or toilet was rather disconcerting.
