This is not the room that you think it will be from the pictures. It's very misleading. The tiny room has no amenities. No T.V., no Kleenex, no hand towels, no windows or anything else. Small room with minimalist design. Hard to tell what time of day it is without a window present. Hotel was clean and security was very good. Other than a one night stay, would not recommend for more than that. Stuck here for 8 nights in a cramped space with someone else was less than desirable.

I really liked the Zedwell! Not everyone will... but I did. It's an excellent MODERN implementation of the "what can we do to keep costs down AND give the guest an excellent bed for the night" model. The location was great for my wants. Outside: In the middle of Knightsbridge, VERY near tube and bus stops. Inside the hotel: You can hardly tell. My room didn't have a window, which seemed odd at first, but then I realized it helped insulate me from the bustle outside. AND the air handling was first class. Not stuffy at all. Air-conditioned. And I could choose the temperature I wanted. (I was there over the night of 22/23 July... not the HOTTEST days of this hot summer, but still very challenging for systems. And they WORKED, *well* at the Zedwell. Room: Small. You want a big room? Pay the Ritz's prices. No TV! Wi-fi worked for checking email, playing Sodoku. Wasn't up to BBC Sounds. (Bed: Big, comfortable, nice sheets/ duvet.) Room lighting: First class. Modern. Well conceived. Public rooms: No. Shower/toilet: Again: Small. And again 1st class fixtures, good towels, plenty of hot water. 24/7 receptionist: Could not have been nicer, made me feel very welcome. If I'd fallen in with the opportunity to "pre-register" via the internet, I would have had almost nothing to do. As it was, a well designed self service mode seemed to be what they hoped for, but the receptionist very willingly and kindly did most of it for me. Very handy for Royal Albert Hall.

lovely stay here, even though we were only here for one night. The windowless room and soundproofing really make you feel like youre in a super cosy private space, right in the middle of such a busy area. It was perfect for us.

Amazing location and perfect for our four night stay, just a little on the small side. Couldn’t have stayed any longer in the small space but honestly perfect for us as we were out at 730am and not back in until after 1030pm. So close to the tube and buses so perfect for getting around

Great place for a one night stay

A great place to stay in the heart of London if you just want a bed for the night. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There is no furniture and the rooms are very compact but perfect if all you want is a good nights sleep.

I probably didn’t read the write up properly, but the hotel only has double beds, and each side of the double bed touches the wall. It is literally a bed and a bathroom. Great for couples, and all you want to do is sleep there and have very little luggage. Great location.

The room is super tiny but super clean and provided all I needed for my solo trip, great location, easy access to busses and subways. Naveen who helped me to check in and check out was super nice, also helped me figured out the better solution to get to airport when the subway was closed that day.... very helpful !

Great place if you're going to be out all day and just want a bed and bathroom in a central area. The tube station is directly opposite so it's very central and well connected. Definitely make sure what you're booking meets your needs. But it's very clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable.

This was a new experience for me. It was simple but all you need in a room. It was a bit tight but the bed felt so clean and the mattress was super comfy. I appreciated how they blacked out the window as it made sleeping much easier but at times it did make us feel like we were in a dungeon.
