Sheets were clean. Bathroom could have done with a deep clean as opposed to a surface clean. There was a hair in the sink. Overall a good stop. Not far from the tube. Breakfast an added bonus.

Very clean room equipped with a very welcome large fan. The bathroom was spotless. Great location. Breakfast was complimentary which was appreciated although very simple and in another building. Room furnishing was unnecessarily drab. But, would stay there again.

All you need from a 2⭐hotel. Clean room, fresh towels and decent beds. Take your breakfast somewhere else, great cafes in the area. If you think that a hotel room is just for sleeping, this hotel is perfect

The room was compact and tidy. The toilet was reasonably clean. No AC but a fan. Location was great and the breakfast was decent for the price! Not the best option during a heat wave, but all in all worth the price!

Very tiny room with no a/c yet the fan worked just fine. Breakfast was minimal with cold items only. And it was always busy, hard to find a table. The staff were all very helpful and nice, a big plus. TV didn’t work the entire time we were there, but really didn’t miss it. Otherwise well located in a quiet area. Easy to get around in London.

The hotel is one of several on Sussex Gardens. A notice on the front door told us to check in at the Seymour Hotel around the corner. The reception was basic and also served as the luggage store. We had to leave our case there with no tag or receipt. When we eventually checked into the room it was clear there were no facilities at the White House: no reception or breakfast area. You had to go back to the Seymour for both. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably well laid out but there was no handle on the inside of the bathroom. The staff were helpful but there seemed to be no staff in our building.

Good price, good location

It is not a flashy hotel but it is clean, comfortable and well located. It's near train and underground stations, bars and restaurants, shops and parks. Couldn't ask for more from a London break.

Stayed in a twin room and found it a very clean room with very comfy beds. Usual facilities in the room with a good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was basic but gave you the essentials. The area around the hotel was nice with shops and restaurants near by including Paddington station just round the corner. Will definitely stay again.

A nice stay.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was budget, however it was a good size for a budget room. My room was very clean, no issues at all. Did not get time for breakfast as i had a early train to catch.
