Great, traditional, English property surrounded by green areas. Located in a safe neighborhood, easily accessible by public transit if needed, close to Kingston downtown for restaurants and pubs. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was convenient and tasty. I would definitely go back

The Warren House is a beautiful property. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, however they seemed understaffed. The hotel seems to be going through some changes. The dining room was closed, dinner was served in the breakfast area. High tea in the garden was 5 star. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel nestled in a very quiet location right next to Richmond Park, with easy access to Isabella plantation. We really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms in good condition with recently renovated bathrooms. Only small comment is regarding the poolside changing rooms which are really in need or renovating.

Comfortable, super clean room. Friendly staff. Relaxing vibe in bar area. Plenty of free parking. Great location near Richmond Park. I’m not sure if the hotel have bikes to hire but if they did, a ride in the park and along the Thames would be nice.

We arrived and had an excellent check in experience. The room was nice and spotlessly clean. It’s really close to Richmond Park where we had a lovely walk and spotted some dear. The only slight negative was despite the aircon being on lowest setting the room was quite room. Other wise a perfect stay

The standard double room was very comfortable and the bathroom / shower was superb. The heating in the room seemed to be malfunctioning, but helpful and attentive staff were able to provide an electric fan heater.

This is the second time we have stayed at Warren House and again all the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We had a relaxing evening in the bar and enjoyed a nice meal from the bar menu. The room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice's available. We would definitely come back again!
