It is a a well located modern hotel. The staff are friendly, the self serve laundry is great, the free meeting rooms with free coffee are excellent. The rooms are comfortable, with a basic but good kitchenette.

The room provides everything you'd need for a comfortable stay in Canary Wharf. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating and the place was spotless. Access to the city and beyond was a breeze via the jubilee line. I would stay here again.

The property was in a great location, it was clean, and the staff was great. If you travel to the UK or Europe in general often, the lack of AC won’t bother you as it’s standard amongst hotels; that’s my only warning to American guests. Great place to stay and big bang for your buck!

I stayed here for a few nights when I had a concert at the o2 Arena and I’ll definitely be staying again next time I’m in London! The price was perfect and the staff were really helpful when I needed to store my bags pre check in. A lovely little apartment that was perfect for myself being a solo traveller!

Loved it. Clean room, friendly staff and great facilities in the room. Only downside is the location is a bit of a walk from the tube station, but the value is excellent. Love the lounge areas too. Recommended.

Everything was perfect ! The location is very practical, i'll recommend if you're looking for a London stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that there's NO AC ! My room was kind of warm in October, so if you plan to visit during the summer, be aware.

The location is excellent, the tube is really close, the area is amazing! You have restaurants, bars, shopping centers, a park and walkways with beautiful views. Our room was perfect for a couple, quiet area, clean and comfortable bed. The staff, super nice! Beautiful terrace.
