A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. There are steps to the front entrance and some steps to the dining room that you may need to be aware of.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location on quiet street, but restaurants, pubs, and public transportation just a few blocks away. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with giving directions and arranging transportation needs. Highly recommend

We loved this boutique hotel! It was 4 minutes from Victoria Station, and super charming! Our room had a spacious loft for our teens, and housekeeping was great about restocking the room each day. We also loved the cookies in the lobby each afternoon/evening. Air conditioning and portable fans were a huge plus during the August heatwave! The area was also quiet and felt safe. We would stay here again!

Our stay at Topham’s was convenient to our plans in London. The room was clean and quiet but also small and cramped to navigate. It did have a refrigerator and space under the bed to stow a suitcase. The staff was friendly and housekeeping was prompt. The lobby contained two well-appointed rooms and often had cookies set out in the evenings for guests. While, we did not use them, there was a nice space for breakfast and a bar area. Overall, our experience was fine, but the hotel could use some renovation in spots and did not offer a lot of space for hanging out in the room.

The room was neat and tidy. Even though it was on the smaller side, it was well laid out so it didn’t feel cramped. Large bathroom with seperate bath/shower. Great location to transport subway/buses and plenty of food options nearby.

The rooms were very clean. And the staff was very helpful. I needed to do laundry and the young lady at the desk I can't remember her name now was very helpful and helping me find a laundromat to do laundry which was very convenient. Everything was in walking distance even Buckingham Palace was like a 10-minute walk. Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station were both within walking distance of maybe 5 minutes. The layout of the hotel it's a little tight but workable don't let them give you room 211 if you have any kind of disability it's very hard to navigate.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 10 minute walk from Buckingham Palace and 5 minutes from Victoria train station/ tube station. We got a recently renovated room with very comfortable bed and air conditioning. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, big shoutout to Alba and Catherine for all of their help!
