So I can't say much about their hotel, since we didn't stay there, but the staff support was excellent. Kudos to them we still had a nice stay!

Always have a good stay here, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, although there were a few small spiders and ants in the bedroom and bathroom. We didn't have breakfast included this time, we felt it was a little bit expensive, the breakfast is usually excellent .

For the most part, we loved this hotel. It is close to the theater district - our theater was only a 13 minute stroll from the hotel. It’s in a beautifully built historic building. It’s only two short blocks up museum street to the British Museum in Bloomsbury. It is clean and well-maintained. The staff is attentive and there is always someone there, including at least two people in the breakfast room every day. The breakfast is good, but I didn’t like the coffee. Museum Street Cafe around the corner and up a short block, serves good coffee. Also, we had a little trouble with the A/C. It did not remain as cold as we wanted it to be. To be fair, we did not ask the staff about it.

Wonderful place. Great location for getting around. Charming neighborhood. Nice bar; nice restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating. I stayed five days and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Next time I return to London, I will stay again. Excellent value for the prices.
